Marketing Specialist Needed: Acquire Freelancers (Registration & CV Upload on [login to view URL]) Description: I’ve developed a platform: [login to view URL] , which helps freelancers showcase their skills, generate ATS-optimized resumes, and get matched with projects or job offers. Goal: In the next few weeks, we want to attract at least 100–200 new freelancers who will register, upload their CV, and test the AI-powered skill analysis. What we need: Development & execution of a mini marketing campaign (paid + organic) Creation of 2–3 ads/posts (copy + visual ideas) Setup & management of a small test campaign (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta Ads, or freelancer communities) Tracking & reporting (what worked, what didn’t) Recommendations for scaling (how to grow from 200 to 1,000 users) Requirements: Experience in recruitment, HR-tech, or B2B marketing is a plus Strong skills in paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) & community outreach Creative copywriting (tone: motivating for freelancers, not too corporate) Budget: Approx. €500 for the initial phase (fixed, incl. freelancer fee).
