Subtitles are the part people underrate here. If they're burned into the same file as your intro and outro, every re-edit means redoing captions from scratch. I'd keep them as a separate track tied to the audio, so the intro/outro template stays fixed across videos and only the captions move. After Effects is where I do the compositing and motion graphics. Are these mostly talking-head videos or is there a lot of B-roll to cut around?
