The assignment is to shape this material into a polished, high-energy promotional piece that frames our candidate’s key message in under two minutes. Here’s what matters: • Story first: the opening hook should introduce the candidate’s stance, build momentum through tight cuts, and close with a clear call-to-action. • Visual identity: lower thirds, motion graphics, and transitions need to match the official palette and typography already supplied in the brand kit (Adobe Illustrator files ready to import). • Audio polish: balance speech levels, remove background hiss, add a royalty-free underscore that rises subtly behind applause moments, and finish with a professional voice-over tag I will provide. • Multi-platform delivery: export in 1080p for TV spots and separate 1:1 and 9:16 versions optimised for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Source workflow: please assemble in Adobe Premiere Pro (v23 or newer) so our in-house team can tweak later; include all project files and referenced assets in the final hand-over. A rough cut for feedback is expected within three days of receiving the media; the final master and socials-ready renders should follow two days after notes are returned.
