We are looking for a skilled graphic designer or architectural floor plan designer to professionally recreate our building evacuation maps and fire exit plans in high-quality printable format. The current plans are based on scanned emergency preparedness documents and a fire alarm graphic display. These need to be completely redrawn and modernized into clean, professional emergency evacuation signage suitable for wall mounting and inclusion in our emergency preparedness documentation. Scope of Work We require the following evacuation plans to be recreated: 8.5" x 11" Portrait Layouts Wing 1 with main area Wing 2 with main area Wing 3 with living room area 8.5" x 14" Landscape Layout Full building evacuation map Requirements Recreate floor plans in clean vector quality High-resolution print-ready files Professional emergency signage style Clear room numbering Primary and secondary evacuation routes “You Are Here” indicators where applicable Remove oxygen storage references from current plans Update company/building name to: Hillcrest Estates Maintain propane tank indicators if shown in references Easy-to-read typography and symbols Suitable for commercial printing and wall mounting Deliverables Final files should include: Print-ready PDF files Editable source files (AI, SVG, PSD, or similar) High-resolution PNG exports Properly aligned and scalable layouts Files Provided We will provide: Existing emergency preparedness PDFs Current evacuation sketches Fire alarm graphic display photos Floor plan references Preferred Skills Graphic design Architectural/floor plan drafting Emergency signage design Adobe Illustrator / CAD / Vector design experience Print design experience Please include samples of similar floor plan, signage, or evacuation map work in your proposal.
