I can send last year’s designs for reference; use them only as a guide—no need to copy them outright. Core details that must stand out: • Event date and time • Location information • Contact details for attendees I’ll supply final copy, branding colors, and any images or logos you need as soon as we open the project. Final artwork should arrive ASAP in print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed) plus the editable source file from Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop so I can tweak small items next season.
