High-Res PDF Text Images

I already have both the wording and the accompanying graphics saved as JPEGs and PNGs, but they lose clarity when I try to print them. I need each one rebuilt or up-scaled into a crisp, 1000 px × 1000 px PDF that will hold up beautifully on paper. The design itself stays exactly as is—fonts, colours, layout and proportions—but the final files must be razor-sharp and press-ready. Please work directly from the supplied JPEG/PNG sources, convert or recreate them as necessary, and return the finished PDFs along with the flattened 300 dpi images you generated so I can archive them. Colour profile should remain in RGB unless you see a specific print advantage in switching to CMYK; if so, let me know first.
