Backyard Party Stage Backdrop Design

Project Details: Final size: 2.25 m high x 8.50 m wide Basis: Our already created flyer (will be provided as a file) Design requirements: The text “Backyard-Party” should be written very large and clearly readable at the top, ideally in the same font as on the flyer Our Dance School Bär logos should be placed on both the left and right sides (2 logos total) The flyer only shows three dancers – on the banner, it is of course possible to add more dancers to fill the width better The design should generally follow the look & feel of the flyer, but be adapted to the wide format of the banner Deadline: We are on a tight schedule – the final print-ready file is required no later than August 26, 2025. Special Note: Since our logo is unfortunately not available in high resolution, we kindly ask for an additional version where the logo is integrated as a JPEG file, and that version should also be delivered to us. Materials we will provide: The flyer (as reference for design, colors, and fonts) Our Dance School Bär logo (low resolution) Requirements: Experience in large-format/banner design (especially stage backdrops) Clear, professional layout that remains highly readable from a distance
