Refine Templates & Collateral

I am not a creative person but have gotten the client's general approval of some small-suite collateral. I already have draft designs: 1. an MS Word / Google Docs template intended for official documents & reports 2. a PowerPoint deck (already 90% done with content in G-Slides) 3. a one-page flyer (working file in Canva) and 4. a simple T-shirt mock-up. All of them are close, but they still need that last round of creative polish before I hand everything over to my client. Here’s what I’m looking for: solid typographic hierarchy, consistent colour usage, neatly aligned grids, and overall visual harmony across every file. Also: 1. The PPT deck - only 7 slides - the templates to be in the Master with more template options available. I need creative help to make it look classy and creatively treated. 2. The flyer - needs to be editable in Canva or ppt. Creative already fixed. 3. T-shirt mock-up - jpeg's are fine for the brief to the T-shirt company. Will provide unpolished example of what I need. I’ll share the current working files (Word, Google Docs, PPTX, Illustrator / PDF for the flyer, and the T-shirt layout) along with brand guidelines and fonts. Your job is to tighten layouts, refine styles, tidy master pages, embed the correct colour profiles, and supply clean, final editable files plus export-ready versions (PDF/X-1a for print, PNG/JPEG where appropriate). Because this pack is heading straight to the client, please keep an eye on the little details—styles properly named, bleed and margins set, text boxes snapping to grid, and slide masters free of stray placeholders. I’m aiming for a cohesive, professional look that feels deliberately designed rather than “template-y.” **Once selected, turnaround is in 48 hrs***, inclusive of revisions (won't be a lot), so someone comfortable jumping in quickly and communicating progress clearly will be the perfect fit. Once approved, I’ll need all working files and print/web outputs zipped up for delivery. Screen-shot examples of the flyer and the deck are attached.
