Our COO & CEO are looking for a right-hand assistant who can manage both business (priority) and personal tasks. Imagine you are Pepper Potts, do you know who this is? Answer this in your video as well. Role Overview: We are seeking a part-time contract assistant (15–30 hrs/week to start) who is ready for everything. From business operations to personal errands or financial Excel updates to last-minute fires, this role requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to step in wherever needed to keep our leadership team organized and focused. We want you to know us better than we know ourselves, anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You should be tech-savvy, social media-savvy, extremely responsive, and always thinking ahead to find smarter, faster ways to get things done. Note: We also run under EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System). Responsibilities: Get ready for a little bit of everything, business and personally.
