Our fast growing real estate investment firm Lightning Capital House Buyers out of Clearwater, FL is seeking a Marketing/Sales Assistant to work in partnership with our Marketing and Leads team to communicate with potential customers. Primarily, you will be spending around 6-7 hours a day sending and receiving text messages through Lead Sherpa (previous experience is a plus!). Depending on the text results, outbound calling and use of a script may follow. Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly. Additional marketing projects will be assigned as workload allows.
Compensation: Pay will vary from $3-4/hour based on past real estate experience.

You MUST have:
- A reliable HIGH SPEED internet connection.

- Great organizational skills.
- Willingness to grow personally and professionally with team members.
