DOR Vendorization Document Preparation

We need assistance preparing all required documentation for submission to the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) in order to become a vendored provider. The work involves organizing and developing the necessary policies, procedures, and supporting materials across the following sections: Section 1: Critical Standards B. Health and Safety: Develop policies, manuals, and procedures to ensure compliance with DOR health and safety requirements. C. Provision of Services: Draft procedures that outline how services will be delivered, monitored, and evaluated in alignment with DOR standards. Section 2: Organizational Standards Create documents that establish the organizational structure, governance, staffing, and administrative systems required by DOR. Section 3: General Service Standards Prepare documentation demonstrating compliance with general service expectations, including quality assurance, record-keeping, consumer rights, and ongoing program oversight. Objective: The end goal is to produce a complete and well-structured set of vendorization documents that meet DOR requirements for certification and approval.
