Administration Support for Rental Company

Looking for help with managing rental business,

Previous business management experience is desirable.

Ideally 3 hours each week, mainly remote work with a meet every two months.

Task include:

• General home management duties (improvements, managing tradesmen and contractors)

• Day-to-day oversight of properties and portfolio/liaising with guests for day-to-day management, etc.

• Research, sourcing, and purchasing

• Ad hoc requests

Other requirements:

• Prior experience within a similar role

• Based within a commutable distance of Greater London

• A degree qualification would be highly desirable, although not essential

Fixed rate: £80 to £105 per week

With hope to expand responsibilities as the business grows
