We have been using QBO for creating invoices and tracking payments, we would now like to use it as an accounting package, that balances.
This requires 7 months of bank transactions from 4 accounts adding, breakdown of credit card receipts from gateway provider to match receipts, invoice numbers aligning to e-commerce invoicing, tidying up of classes and categories.
At first look it seems like our QBO is a mess, but it is not used as an accounting package but more of a filing system, so it will come together quite easily once someone starts on it with some explanation from us. Receipts for sales and invoices are already entered.
Data entry will be bank transactions mostly and there are an average of 50 to 60 per account per month, and
We also need some kind of stock valuation doing, but this maybe better to be done in excel and added as a total.
Then some help with outputting usable reports.
This is not needed for our actual submitted accounts, but if it can be brought up to a useable standard maybe it can be moving forward.
