Let me explain to you our company and what I need clarified, and done!
Our company is a general contracting company that works with SUB CONTRACTORS ONLY. We do work for apartment management companies. We do almost everything to do with apartment construction. This can be plumbing, framing, electrical, etc. I have set up services on the QB account so i can see the profit and loss customized per each service so WE can see what category we are making money in the most. My dad (the owner) has his bank accounts set up in a way for his finances to be organized. He has one main account, he has a account to make checks for our weekly contractors, he has company cards he gives to like 5 of our main people to buy material, and when we are paid, by apartments, those checks are deposited to that main account.
I need everything set up for our QB ONLINE account, so all i have to do is plug in the expenses and track the payments.
Accountant that can help with the whole bank account issue gets the project.
