QuickBooks Inventory Setup for Amazon

My Amazon store still relies on a spreadsheet to follow 300 product SKUs, and although I already opened a QuickBooks file with some inventory data, the setup is incomplete. I now need every item migrated from that spreadsheet into QuickBooks with correct SKU names, categories, cost, and sales pricing, and for my inventory asset, COGS, and sales income accounts to be structured so reports match Amazon activity. The work includes: • Importing or manually entering each SKU from the existing sheet, confirming quantities and cost price • Creating or tidying the related inventory accounts and mapping them properly in QuickBooks • Assigning the sales price I provide so listings sync with the Amazon storefront or can be uploaded through my usual channel • Verifying that inventory valuation and stock-on-hand reports tally with my current spreadsheet totals Acceptance is simple: opening the Item List and seeing every SKU fully populated, the three main accounts linked correctly, and trial reports that reconcile with the source data. I expect clear, step-by-step notes on what was changed so that I can maintain the system going forward.
