My name is Dmitri and I run a large tutoring organisation in a few different Australian capital cities. I am preferably looking for someone in the Melbourne area to handle our payroll on a weekly basis (every Tuesday) to our independent contractor (tutors). In addition, you will be required to pay our casual staff (just 2) through Xero.
We use an independent tutor management system that calculates the tutors' pay and then you would need to copy this data across for each tutor into Westpac or PayPal (account details will be provided at a later date). For our casual staff (different to the tutors), you would need to pay through Xero and then copy across this figure into Westpac.
You will be required to undergo training for about an hour on how to use the tutor management software as well as Xero. Note that I am not looking to use payroll software external to ours as we need to use our tutor management software due the tutors and customers using it.
This is an ongoing project and you will be required to complete payroll every Tuesday for 2 - 3 hours, as well as answer any questions pertaining to paycheques asked by tutors. They will be given a direct email for you to access these emails. Generally speaking, each week we get about 3 - 5 paycheque related emails to be answered.
