Need a CPA

Budget $250-750 USD

I need a CPA to look into my finance (mainly bank statements) and provide a letter to my lender stating that based on my bank statements I do not have any active business or business income or Rental Loss.

Background: Due to my side gigs loss showing on my 2018 tax return and my rental income loss in 2018 tax return, I am running into issues with DTI with my lender while trying to refinance. I have stopped my business in 2018 (but it was side gigs so I do not have any document to prove that business has been dissolved. Only thing I can provide is all of my bank statements for the whole year).

I need a CPA to look into my finance (whatever document he/she needs) and providing me a truthful letter that I can provide to my lender that will say that bank statements shows there are no business income or loss in 2019.

I can provide my 2018 tax return, which was done via TurboTax if necessary along with all of the bank statements (January 2019 to today) of BOFA and CHASE - my only two bank accounts.
