MYOB Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

I run a growing service-based company that processes roughly 100–500 transactions each month and I need a bookkeeper who knows MYOB inside out. Your main focus will be: • Reconciling all client and supplier remittances so the MYOB bank feeds balance perfectly • Entering every receipt and bill promptly, coding them to the correct accounts and GST categories I already manage most invoicing in-house, but if you’re comfortable stepping in there occasionally that’s a plus. You’ll be working directly in my cloud MYOB file, so experience with its latest online version is essential. Accuracy, clear communication, and respect for deadlines matter more to me than flashy reports—although a quick month-end snapshot once everything reconciles will certainly be appreciated. The workload is initially about 15 hours to catchup the backlog, then expected to be about 3 hours per week. This is not a fulltime role.
