I maintain a small-to-mid sized manufacturing business on Tally and need a reliable professional to handle the month-to-month bookkeeping remotely. Each week you will receive scanned invoices, bank statements and payment advices; your role is to enter every purchase, sales, expense and journal voucher accurately into my existing Tally company, keeping all ledgers, stock items and cost centres up to date. Scope of work • Monthly bookkeeping – no backlog, just ongoing current work • Data entry and recording of all transactions in Tally (desktop or TallyPrime, accessed through AnyDesk/TeamViewer) • Flagging discrepancies or missing documents so we can resolve them before month-end close Deliverables 1. Completed Tally data file for the month, fully updated and error-free 2. A brief reconciliation note confirming totals match the bank statement and cash book 3. Summary of issues or documents still required, if any Acceptance criteria • 100 % match between Tally ledger balances and source statements • All vouchers carry correct GST and cost-centre tagging (where applicable) • Work delivered within five calendar days of receiving source documents each month If you have solid Tally experience with manufacturing companies and a dependable internet connection, I’m ready to start this collaboration right away.
