We are looking to extend our team of Customer Success Consultants. These ensure that customers have a positive experience when signing on to a trial of our Saas Service that provides advanced reporting, consolidation and planning functionality integrated with accounting systems like Xero, Quickbooks as well as nearly any other source.
We need these services on an ongoing basis during Australian, UK and US business hours.
Additional tasks include customizing the service to specific report/consolidation and planning process requirements using Power BI & Excel
• Very good English communication
• Practical expertise with building Power BI reports in conjunction with accounting requirements
• Practical experience with designing Excel reports in conjunction with a live data source link. In particular good command of: Pivot Tables, Power Query
Good general accounting knowledge
