I have a Ltd company that was incorporated 20th of may 2009. I have never filed any accounts or anything yet. Apparently by the 20th of Feb ( I am trying to get an extension) I have to file my accounts with Companies house and by the 20th of May pay my corporation TAX to HMRC.
Also because I incorporated on the 20th of may I have to this year file two returns one for 20/05/2009 -20/05/10 and one for 21/05/2010-31/05/2010.
I only traded ,for that year, between 01/02/10-31/05/10.
My company is very basic I have all my purchases and sales on an excel file.
I AM NOT VAT REGISTRED. I have also signed up for HMRC online filing so that it can all be done online. I would like an accountant to help me with what I need to do.

I am a London-based ACCA and can receive your documents by post if you cannot email or fax them, if your Excel files do not give sufficient information. I am in practice in UK so know what you need to do.
