DESCRIPTION [login to view URL] is looking for a Business Analyst. We are looking for customer obsessed, data driven candidate to join our team. support to solve some of the problems for our business. The Analyst support is responsible for reporting and driving insights about our business and delivering continuous improvement. Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to: • Weekly or Monthly reporting on website KPI’s to eCommerce teams. • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Communicate insights using data visualization and presentations to stakeholders of all levels. • Create, develop, test and implement custom reports and dashboard to track business success and provide insight. Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools to answer business questions and guide strategy. • Develop and streamline necessary reporting and dashboards to support the business, identifying key metrics to evaluate performance and providing ability to monitor the health of cross-channel initiatives and effectively communicate performance. • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data. • Develop recurring e-commerce reporting; Weekly or Monthly reporting on business/website KPI’s. • Ongoing analysis of Google Analytics data to identify opportunities and problems. • Identify and recommend optimization opportunities; BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree required. 2 - 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role - Expert in data mining, SQL language and advanced excel - Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in development of dashboards - Experience with e-commerce and retail analytics would be an advantage
