I own an internet cafe business (type: sole proprietorship) that has been established in May 2016. At the start of the business launch, many records of items bought and expenses incurred has not been stored. I was only keeping notes in my phone of what was paid off (These notes also i would estimate that they are around 85% complete).

2. Bank Statements (Starting from 13-08-2016) - It took a while to have our bank account launched.
3. P&L Statement (Starting from 25-June-2016), see attached
4. All government fees, utilities and subscription charges amounts can be provided.
5. The accountant will be provided all available receipts and invoices as well.
1. I need the freelancer to do a backlog accounting for my business. I need all available profit and loss statements and balance sheets and assets to be available in my quickbooks account (The accountant will be provided access to quickbooks).
2. The accountant can recommend what is the best way forward in my case considering the amount of information available.
