I need someone who has good accounting knowledge and should know the importance of bank statements. So, there are total 36 bank statements of each month. That means 36 bank statements for 3 years. So the work that need to be carried out is to make 3 xls files for each year and merge/combine/sort all transactions of 36 months. I ll provide you 3 folders for each year i.e 2008, 2009 and 2010. All xls files are there in each relevant folders. You just have to combine it in 1 xls file. Also there is a heading "Checks Paid" in all 36 xls files. You should also sort them according to DATE. Plus i need all irrelevant data to be removed like address and numbers.
So the basically what i need is:

The most important thing is DATE. You have to understand how much date is important Because all transactions should be in SEQUENCE according to date i.e From 01 JAN to 31 DEC.
This is should be simple work for a Pro as you just have to sort it and should not take more than 4 hours.
Again DATE is very important. YOU HAVE TO BE VERY VERY CAREFUL ABOUT DATE AND HAVE TO KEEP THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DATE, MONTH AND YEAR.
