Need update on the attached excel sheet.
Need the Headings from A23-A57 (P & L 2010 sheet) to be place in "Totals sheet" from A10.
And the categories from Jan-Dec sheets in column G, J and M, I need headings from A23-A57 from P & L 2010 sheet. In dropdown Categories in column should have all the heading from A23-A57 and in Columns J-M have All the categories with APPROPRIATE calculations i.e. monthly and total YTD.
Increase the rows of Expenses in Jan-Dec from A4-A30.
Decrease the rows of mileage in and out rows to only 3 rows total.
Increase the rows of the Income to 15 rows.
Make sure to keep the calculations for each month for ALL the categories A23-A57 in all the sheets i.e. Jan-Dec and should include YTD numbers, as it is currently.
P&L 2010 has quartarly figures so calculations from Totals sheet should be done and insterted appropriately and then there is YTD figure in column G which is the total for the year.
Gross profit in column A19 in P&L 2010 should be taken from "Totals sheet" row 3. remember it is quarterly and then YTD.
ALL the expenses and Income calculations needs be accurate.
Move the Totals sheet to before the P&L 2010.
