Recover Hacked Roblox Account

@Synet

Hi, Dealing with a hijacked Roblox account and waiting on Roblox support can be extremely stressful, especially when the hacker has changed your credentials. I will map out the digital trail you have provided, including the IP address of the hacker, your username, and your last known password, to build a compelling recovery ticket. I've handled numerous account recovery cases for gaming platforms and know the exact compliance language and evidence formatting their trust and safety teams require to bypass standard automated rejections. I will also structure the ownership verification proofs you need to gather from your PC, laptop, and mobile phone usage history, such as earliest billing receipts, creation device details, and original email linkages. A smart addition I always include is drafting a secondary backup security protocol to implement the exact moment access is restored, ensuring the unauthorized user cannot immediately re-enter via session tokens or linked apps. How long ago did the hacker change your login details and disconnect your linked email address? Best, Salma Noreen

Hi, I understand that your Roblox account has been compromised, and you need assistance recovering it. You have already reached out to Roblox support and can provide key details such as the hacker's IP address, username, and last known password, which is a crucial starting point. The main technical challenge here is navigating Roblox's recovery protocols efficiently while ensuring all provided information is utilized optimally for account retrieval. My approach would involve assessing the information you have, prioritizing communication with Roblox support, and implementing any necessary security measures to prevent future breaches. I have experience in account recovery for gaming platforms and am familiar with Roblox's security processes. My background in web security ensures I can handle sensitive information and assist effectively. Q1 – Have you received any response or case number from Roblox support that we can reference? Q2 – Are there any security measures or two-factor authentication set up on the account that we should be aware of? Q3 – Do you have any additional information about recent activities on the account that might aid in recovery? Looking forward to hearing from you.

You need legitimate Roblox account recovery support after a compromise, with the recovery process handled through Roblox’s official support channel rather than bypassing account security. I can help organize the available evidence—username, prior password information, login/device history, and the suspected compromise details—into a clear recovery case and guide the technical troubleshooting around your PC/mobile access. I can also help review account-security indicators, identify what information Roblox Support is likely to need, and structure follow-ups so the case remains consistent and well documented. I will not attempt to bypass Roblox authentication, access the account without authorization, or use the hacker’s IP to retaliate. My relevant background includes Roblox-related development, web security, digital-forensics-style analysis, incident response, and technical troubleshooting. Since you have already contacted Roblox Support, I can focus on preparing the strongest possible evidence package and recovery follow-up. Can you share the current status or response from Roblox Support so I can determine the next legitimate recovery step?

Hi, Your account being accessed from an unknown IP and having a last known password exposed means the immediate risk is account takeover and possible linked email compromise. The priority is preserving evidence while regaining access and closing active sessions to prevent further changes to password or recovery options. I have recovered compromised accounts and worked with platform support teams for gaming services, handling evidence collection, session forensics, and escalation requests. I will use the Username, last known password, and the IP of the hacker you can provide to assemble a concise case for Roblox support, check for unauthorized email or 2FA changes, and identify whether sessions are active on PC/Laptop or mobile phone. I do not need any extra personal data to start an initial assessment beyond what you listed. First step I will take is gather and preserve all available logs and account metadata and submit a targeted escalation to Roblox support with clear proof of compromise. I will also guide you through immediate defensive steps: securing your recovery email, revoking active sessions, and enabling account protections once access is restored. - Can you share the Username, last known password, and the hacker IP now so I can draft the escalation and evidence summary? - Do you still have access to the recovery email or phone number linked to the Roblox account? Happy to hop on a brief call whenever it suits you. Matthew Reese

==== Hi - Albert here ==== **"SECURE ROBLOX ACCOUNT RECOVERY"** — You need to regain access to your account while protecting your personal information and preserving evidence of unauthorized access. I would help you organize the relevant account details and follow Roblox’s official recovery process, including documenting the username, approximate compromise date, original email or phone, purchase receipts, and previous support correspondence. I would also recommend securing your linked email, changing reused passwords, enabling two-step verification, and checking your devices for suspicious access. I cannot guarantee recovery or bypass Roblox’s security controls, but I can help you prepare a clear, evidence-based support request. **Have you received a response from Roblox Support yet, or is your ticket still pending?** Looking forward to work with you

@sergiom17

Hi, I can help you work through the legitimate Roblox account recovery process and secure the account afterward. Since you’ve already contacted Roblox Support, I can help organize the relevant ownership information, including your username, previous password, approximate account history, and device/access details, and make sure your communication with Support is clear and complete. I can also guide you through securing your email account and devices, changing credentials, enabling available security protections, and checking for unauthorized changes once Roblox restores access. I would not attempt to access the account using the hacker’s IP, bypass Roblox security, or use unauthorized recovery methods. The safest approach is to work through Roblox’s official verification and recovery process. I can help you prepare a concise support response and checklist of evidence to provide.

@williamn354

Recovering a compromised Roblox account should be handled through legitimate ownership verification—not by attempting to access or retaliate against the person who took it. I can help organize the recovery process around the information you already have and make your communication with Roblox Support as strong and complete as possible. I’d help compile the username, previous passwords, approximate account history, usual devices/platforms, purchase or billing evidence if available, original email/phone details, and any relevant security notifications. I’d then structure this information clearly for Roblox Support and help you respond to their verification questions. I can also help identify immediate security steps for your PC/mobile devices and associated email account so the attacker cannot regain access after recovery. Most challenging: proving ownership when the attacker has changed account credentials. The key is providing consistent historical evidence that Roblox can independently verify. I’ll keep the process focused on safe, authorized account recovery and provide clear updates on each step.

@DesmondTwoTwo

Hi, I'm Stefan. This caught my attention mainly because I understand how frustrating it is to deal with a hacked account, especially on a platform like Roblox. I've successfully helped individuals recover their accounts on various gaming platforms, so I'm familiar with the security measures and support processes involved. Here's how I'd approach it: ▸ First, I'd start by verifying the information you have on hand to ensure a focused recovery effort. ▸ Next, I would leverage the hacker's IP address and your last known password to strengthen the recovery request with Roblox support. ▸ Finally, I'd keep you updated throughout the process, ensuring you're informed of every step taken. I genuinely like getting involved in client projects, treating your account recovery as if it were my own. Sometimes the next step is just a conversation, so reach out and let's have a proper one. Regards, Stefan.

@carterk8

Hi, I noticed you’ve already contacted Roblox Support and have useful ownership evidence such as the username, last known password, hacker IP, and your usual PC/mobile access. I can help organize that information into a clear recovery case and guide you through the legitimate Roblox recovery process. I have a technical background in web security, incident response, troubleshooting, and account-related security, so I’m comfortable reviewing the situation carefully without asking you to share passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive credentials. My approach: 1. Review the available account and ownership evidence. 2. Build a concise timeline of what happened. 3. Prepare a clear follow-up for Roblox Support. 4. Check for remaining trusted/logged-in sessions. 5. Secure the account and affected devices after recovery. I’ll keep you updated throughout and focus on avoiding actions that could make recovery harder. I can start immediately and complete the initial assessment within 1 day. If you still have access to the original email or any logged-in Roblox session, please let me know—that could be especially useful.
