I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of our relationships with mid-sized healthcare clients and translate that rapport into consistent, predictable sales growth. Your day will revolve around nurturing existing accounts, spotting opportunities to expand our footprint inside each organization, and closing renewals or upsells without the usual hard-sell friction. You’ll have direct access to our CRM (we’re on HubSpot, though I’m open to your preferred workflow if it keeps the data clean), plus the support of marketing for collateral and of operations for pricing. The focus, however, rests on you: building trust with clinical and administrative stakeholders, steering conversations toward new product lines when the timing is right, and feeding customer insights back to the team so we continuously refine our offering. Success looks like month-over-month retention above 95 %, an upsell pipeline that stays at least 3× our quarterly target, and account notes detailed enough that anyone can step in and understand the full client story.
