Assessment will be through:
An individual assignment of 2.000 words, offering a critical and theoretically-informed analysis of the impact of cultural differences on organisations. The assignment will assess in particular, learning outcomes 1, 3 and 4.
You are required to complete ONE in-module assignment and ONE reflective journal. The in-module assignment counts for 50% of the total mark awarded for the course and the reflective journal counts for 50%.

What are some of the competencies and qualities needed by a successful cross-cultural manager, and what kinds of preparation and training are needed?
Word limit: 2000 words (+ - 10%). You must keep your work within the word limit.
Please note that you must make reference to relevant research and writing in answering the above question.
