I need a clean, well-documented static FEA study of a shift fork carried out entirely in Abaqus. The key outcome is a clear picture of the stress distribution throughout the component under its working load. You will receive the 3-D model and loading / boundary conditions; your task is to mesh, run the simulation, post-process the results and return: • The complete Abaqus input file set, ready to rerun. • Contour plots and images that highlight critical stress zones. • A concise report summarising methodology, mesh quality, material data, and numeric results, with brief engineering commentary. Please attach examples of past work that show similar static studies. If you also handle dynamic or thermal cases that is a plus, but for this assignment only the static stress analysis is required. Accuracy, tidy file organisation and an explanation of any assumptions will be the benchmarks for acceptance.
