SEO and CRO Specialist Needed

I’m an independent SEO consultant with multiple clients, and I’m looking for an Intermediate SEO Specialist to support me on ongoing projects. You should already have hands-on SEO knowledge and be comfortable handling reporting, technical audits, backlink research, and general SEO recommendations. I’ll provide guidance on how I present work to clients, but you should already know how to execute SEO at a professional level. Key Responsibilities Monthly Reporting & Insights Pull and analyze data from Google Search Console, GA4, and other tools Spot traffic trends, highlight opportunities, and provide insights/recommendations Backlink Analysis & Outreach Analyze client and competitor backlink profiles Identify link opportunities and support outreach efforts Technical SEO Audits Perform technical site audits (crawl issues, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.) Summarize issues, fixes, and prioritize recommendations Keyword & Rankings Analysis Run ad hoc keyword and rankings checks Provide insights to guide optimization/content decisions Additional SEO Support Content briefs and keyword mapping Metadata and schema checks CRO reviews of pages and recommendations Requirements 2–3 years of SEO experience (agency or freelance) Proficiency with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog Ability to create actionable, client-ready insights from data Clear communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable and detail-oriented Nice to Have Prior freelance/consulting experience (used to working directly with one manager) Knowledge of schema and CRO frameworks Outreach/PR experience for link building What’s in It for You Consistent ongoing work (10–15 hrs/week to start) Flexible, remote collaboration directly with me Opportunity to grow into bigger responsibilities as workload expands Straightforward guidance and quick feedback loops How to Apply Please include: A short intro on your SEO background (years of experience, type of work done) Example(s) of reports or audits you’ve prepared (anonymized is fine) Tools you’re most comfortable with Your weekly availability
