Onboarding Field Service Partners in Multiple Locations

We are seeking to onboard Field Service Partners (FSPs) in the following locations: - Morocco: Casablanca, Oujda, Rabat, Meknes - Angola: Luanda - South Africa: Sandton, Johannesburg, Cape Town - Togo: Cotonou - UK: London - Netherlands: Amsterdam The FSPs will support our company on an "on-call" basis for casual, scheduled, or emergency activities requested by our clients. The personnel will act as "Smart Hands," following instructions provided by our team. Activities will primarily involve Break/Fix tasks. Requirements: - Well-versed technicians or Level 1 engineers with solid IT/computer knowledge. - English is mandatory; local language skills are an added advantage. - Must be available to work 24/7, including weekends and outside business hours (OBH), as urgent tasks may arise. OBH hours will be compensated accordingly. - Only one person is required per activity; however, two or more freelancers may be needed depending on the task's complexity and efficiency. Teams are also welcome. Budget: - $20 USD per hour (excluding transportation allowance). - $5 USD transportation allowance per activity. Timeline: Weekly onboarding of at least 3 FSPs per location within each region.
