I do not want the site url in the designs as this may change as the site develops, you need to come up with something fishy.
Your price should be for both items.

Because most responses are generic I'm posting additional clarificational information about this project.
I need the banner and ebook cover to be finished items, ready to go, I do not want logo's that need to be further worked into a finished item.
Both the banner and ebook cover need to include the text "Fresh and Salt Water Spinning by Eugene Burns"
The banner should be 600x100, the cover approx 120x175, both should be less than 18kb, but I expect the designer to keep the file size as small as possible consistent with excellent quality.
