I am the owner/representative of a Finance company, Prism Finance, based in Melbourne, Australia. We link Australian based clients with Australian based lenders, by matching their profile & eligibility wrt Residential, Commercial & Business loans. Candidates having prior experience of working in Australian Mortgage industry, preferably on aggregator PLAN Australia’s Platform, only need to apply. Company is looking for outsourcing its admin work which is purely offline work and involves the following: 1) Extracting info from already collected financial docs from clients to be entered on to the common platform linked to different lenders; 2) Shortlist 3 best possible options wrt specific lender’s products meeting clients’ profile & eligibility; 3) Working out clients eligibility for required loan, using micro enabled excel sheets of respective lenders; 4) Do the follow up of the status quo of lodged application by logging into respective lenders’ website. 5) Co-ordinate/communicate only through email between various parties related to loan process. Above mentioned job profile does NOT include any of the following; a) Commission or sale based remuneration. (Payment is guaranteed based on worked hours). b) Any cold calling to prospective clients. c) Any advice given to clients. d) Any interaction with the clients over the phone.
