edit API for Miva 4.x___USPS international shipping module

edit Viking Coders API for Miva 4.x USPS international shipping module I operate a small web store: abra4magic.com. We use an older version of Miva - version 4.12 (uncompiled). We have it set to quote rates only for USPS International First Class & Priority Mail. It is not used for US rates. It has stopped working. We contacted Viking and they advised that they believe the API for USPS changed. Because they no longer support this software they will not update it, but they provided permission for us to find freelancers to bid on this. I'd want someone with strong experience in creating or editing API's and with Miva modules. I understand this might be as simple as correcting the API to USPS's new API; however this must be known already or to be determined by the freelancer to accurately quote. In your bid response please detail your experience with editing or creating API's, if any experience with USPS API's, and with editing Miva 4.x modules. As an addon for this we might want to add the ability to quote Fedex rates which would display as an UPGRADE charge in addition to the regular shipping charge when the customer selects it, based on the total weight of the customers order. We will supply our rates in excel or csv format and would want an additional amount added to the rates quoted based on the merchandise total.
