We can utilize our MakerBot Z18 to 3D print this product out of PLA. Tolerances will have to be considered as the Z18 has a +0.020" tolerance to your inner and outer surface. Actual time to print will be determined once we take a look at the file. First milestone will be to do a design review (no time limit). I'd take a look at the file and see if it's truly 3D printable get a time estimate of when it could be completed. Second milestone would be us actually 3D printing it and shipping it out. These models would be manufactured using FDM method on 3D printer from ABS plastic.

I can machine your files out of foam or wood no problem. I have a 48" by 48" CNC machine. I can cut using a 1/8" ballnose bit or V bit. I think they are too large for me to 3d print However and I won't have any scaling with the CNC like you get from a 3d printer.
