Parsing info from a website

Job Description:
Need someone to develop a simple program to be run through the Windows command prompt that takes a correctly-formatted csv file (very simple) as the starting point to parse information from a website that requires login. The output file should also be a csv or excel file that outputs the correct info - parsed from the site.
Very simple:
-one input data column
-10 columns of output data (collected from one webpage)
Estimated programming time: 5-10 high-quality hours
## Deliverables
1. Our confidence must be held; we expect 100% confidentiality. The developer may not use his/her work on this project in any project with another company/buyer/entity.
2. The developer must be able to parce information from [url removed, login to view]*[url removed, login to view] (minus the "*"), a free site for which there is a login.
