Mobile Application (Androis/Iphone)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are App Designer, App Developer, Android, iPhone and Mobile Phone. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is 250 USD.
The application is for booking maids services on hourly basis, we are expecting 2 applications, one for the company and the other one for the customers.
The application of the company should :
1- Have log in details for each staff
2- each staff should be able to add and remove maids
3- each staff should be able to read a report showing the bookings made by customers ONLY for the maids entered by the same staff.
For customer :
Customers should be able to see a list of maids.
Customers should be able to see the name and photo of each listed maid
Customer should be able to book the maid/modify his booking or cancel his booking
Customer should be able to pay for his booking
