Made in MS ACCESS we must be able to make changes after we bought it.
- Database for customers with several addresses and several contact persons. I already have a list of customers with an unique customer nr, these must be imported and after that the customer nr must be a unique field.
- Database for suppliers with several addresses and several contact persons
- Database for sales items. Item could be just a single item but could also be made out of several items. For example the sales item “Plug” is made out of material, workshop hours, conservation etc. So for the customer only the price of the plug must be visible, underneath it must be possible to change these items
- Startup form with all the offers when still active (check field active/not active)
- Every offer/order must have an unique sales nr., just start with 1500
- Possible to have a button to send an offer by mail or by post (different lay-out) and also to send an invoice by mail or post (different lay-out)
- Big text field in every offer in which we can write appointments we made, offer numbers from suppliers etc.
- Possibility to search for customers/suppliers/offer nr/invoice nr/etc
- What else do I forget?
