Indiana Sup Court Motion to Dismiss
Budget $30-250 USD
I filed personal bankruptcy 12-12-2014. It was discharged in May 2015. I had a business at the time. The business incurred legal fees.I did not list those on my personal bankruptcy petition Noe the law firm has filed a suit against me personally. I need to file a "Motion to Dismiss" based on subject matter jurisdiction. Even though I did not list this as a debt, under the "no harm, no foul," principle in this no asset Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the claim must be filed in bankruptcy court. This should be a simple one or two page motion citing applicable law and will reference the Chapter 7 Cover Sheet and the Discharge.
