Necessary capabilities are:
1) Opening image to be edited including TIFF
2) Writing text with selected color
3) Drawing lines with selected color
4) Drawing resizable boxes with selected color
5) Placing predefined shapes on image (like arrow etc)
6) Resizing
7) Crop
8) Save
PS: Selecting color should be separate by using a color picker
