Android send SMS and QRCode reader app.

Hi,

I need two simple app.

App 1)

A app can read QRCode and display on a beautiful screen, including press a button to call us by phone / Skype, email us, a menu will link to a web page to show our promotion item in jpg.

App 2)

A app with 2 functions:

- scan a QRCode then add to a mysql with time record

And

- add the input record to mysql with time record
