Develop a website based on the attached outline/skeleton and notes. Features of the website will need to have a mixture of content only type brochure pages with movement and self-generating graphics as you scroll down the screen, including a live demo, an opportunity to subscribe to the site at various levels (refer to attached file). Questionnaires that will be accessed via email links/automated passwords etc. by subscribers (see notes column on the attached file on how this would work) and software that will aggregate, assess and graphically present the data from the questionnaire returns. I would also like the software to generate tailored reports based on the results/outcomes. Up to 100 questionnaires (across 5 modules) per subscribed organisation and the system will need to file/store an indefinite number of projects.
