A simple one page project. Focus on loading speed. Focus on being able to edit it myself using preferably dream weaver once completed. A simple link/archive type of site for me to begin listing projects completed and to be completed. It wont be hard or take very long for an experienced coder/designer. I want to pay you well for a little amount of work. I have 2 files that will simplify what I need programmed/designed. The quicker you can get it done the better I wont ask for a thousand revisions but I hope you will work with me an extra edit or two just to tweak it if needed. I have been told I should ask for creative license over the project because it is my design and this does make sense to me. I am fine paying the higher end of this project to a respected, qualified programmer/designer.
