Who We Are:
We are a ticket brokerage company that buys and resells concert tickets to shows across the world. Our company currently consists of 2 full time employees and 5 part time employees, but you will only be responsible for working with one of us. As a company, we perpetuate a culture of tireless work ethic and realize that our success relies on being able to work together as a team. To that note, each of have a strong focus on keeping an honest flow of communication between each other.
Since inception, we have grown rapidly and are looking for someone to help with some of the administrative tasks in our daily operations.
What We Need:
The nature of this business make it a 24/7 job. While we won't require that you be available 24/7, we'd hope that you be available/on-call every week day from 9am-5pm EST. If that isn't the case, please state your ideal schedule in your bid and we can determine how we can work around it.
As we have grown and continue to grow, our backlog of administrative tasks continues to grow. Many of these tasks are tied to tight deadlines and require us to push other issues aside to tackle them. This is where you step in.
Some of our regularly needed tasks include, signing up for websites/fan clubs, organizing data in excel, and messaging/checking in with our vendors.
While some of the work you're tasked with will be predictable and have specific deadlines, some work may be spontaneous, and require you to learn and respond quickly to new challenges.
None of the work we require is incredibly difficult, so we don't require any detailed technical skills; however, we are interested in building a long term relationship with the freelancer we partner with. We are interested in having somebody that we can increasingly count on as our operation becomes more and more demanding. So if you have an open mind, flexible work schedule, and moderate technical know-how at minimum than feel free to place a bid.
We do require two things though:
1) A USA/Canada based IP Address
2) A phone with the ability to use a mobile hotspot
