We are looking for a talented Admin/Payroll Coordinator for our extremely busy and fast growing Real Company.
This position is responsible for reviewing closing transactions in a paperless environment using Dotloop and using our accounting system to process the payments. This person will be focused daily and ensuring that the accuracy, timely completion and the highest level of service to all of our agents and branch offices to pay Sales agents, referrals, employees and vendors.
A successful candidate must be be able to work independently

You will provide support in several areas of the office, including:
Reviewing closing transactions for compliance with the real estate commission
Provide support to Director of Operations in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, expense deductions and calculations.
Pay invoices for 4 offices in a timely manner and review for accuracy.
We always have new projects and you must be able to dig right in and manage it from start to finish.
This person will work directly with the President and Director of Operations
