We are a start-up making Sound Art-works, we do hifi products.
For this job, we are looking to design 2 boards for our new class-D amplifier as follows:
1) MCU Digital Control board: Based on FMD FT61F023 8*11-Bit MCU board the controls the stand-by / on-off sequence base on audio input and switches.
a) drive and ICE Power Control Standby mode.
b) Control volume (NXP BTL Mono 2-Wire MOTOR Bidirectional Control Driver SO8)
c) iR Control
d) Select input
e) Input indicator
2) Audio input boards as follows:
a) case 01- Balanced input + unbalanced input (NXP Class AB Single OP-AMP SO8 Balanced Input Buffer to Unbalanced)
b) case 02 - unbalanced input + Bluetooth (CSR8670-A2DP) Bluetooth V4.2 + EDR Receiver w/ A2DP
c) Case 03 - unbalanced input + DAC input (to be defined if you have experience on DAC)
What we provide:
a) dimension + system blocks diagram + timeline
a) Original PASD POWER files
b) DSN Orcad symmetric files
c) PCB layout
d) first prototypes test passed.
e) have a minimum Audio experience with proven projects specially on HIFI.
f) Able to connect ad follow our product architect enginer brief in Hong Kong
g) Work within give timelines
Remuneration will be based on a closed project and we can accept change managements based on briefing changes.
in order to start project and give more details as cad files and block diagrams we will ask you to sign our standard NDA agreement, you will need to feel the green spaces and send us a signed copy digital and postal.
