If u like this offer, pls don't think of the amount i bidded, b'coz its the matter of ur beloving personnel, their likings, and preferences.... They should be given a top priority. Even by awarding more time and adding little extra amount, i can bring reasonable and original changes, because, i think it also demands, survey, interaction, and proper feedback from ur personnel, their willingness.... which needs complete study and analysis, if u want it to implement in real time.
