1500 Multiple Choice Quiz questions in excel

Job Description:
Hello, I need 2000 multi choice quiz questions across 20 categories ... i.e 100 questions per category. The categories will revolve around geography, history, science and current affairs which I will provide to bidders with reasonable bids.
Each question will have the correct answer, plus 3 identical wrong answers. For example, If you have a question "What is the longest river in Africa?', the answer options should mainly focus on rivers in Africa (Nile, Congo, Niger, Senegal, Zambezi, Limpopo, Orange).
Also, from the example above, you can see that I want the answer options to be ideally one word (up to 3 words max will be accepted). So no answer options that are sentences. It thus means that you have to craft the questions to look like the example above.
The winning bidder can schedule to deliver 500 questions a week and complete the project in 4 weeks (last one must be delivered by 12th February). Quality and price are more important to me than speed.
