I need a written manual on how to use the program in details and steps
I'm interested in the journal entry where I can obtain a record of sales end expenses also calculate profit
• Users: every user should had username and password to proceeds.
o Operator: who will have full access even to change and enhance the database when needed.
o Users: who will enter data (sales, expenses and contact) needed at least two accounts and access to all ratio and charts.
o Contact: to save a contacts will need at least a name a phone number and a category (supplier, customer, associate and other) the contact table will has two default accounts Ccostumer (for cash payment) and Bcostumer (for crated card payment) when the costumer is anonymous.
o Sales: which will contain the method of payment (cash or credit card), the amount of payment and currency which will be in $ dollar and LBP Lebanese Pound (1$ = 1500 LBP). also every sale should be attached to a costumer
o expenses: same as sales, also it will include a category (inventory, fix and variable expenses)
There will be also:
o Account revisable and account payable.
o An inventory table (just for saving inventory, supplier …).
o Related ratios and necessary charts.
Make it easy for the end user.
Also i want the program to print invoice.
I need a written manual on how to use the program in details and steps.
