(My server is down and I find I can no longer trust who manages it at moment as its not taken seriously, especially as its host a e- commerce site selling merchandise.
The present problem will no doubt be fixed, but I’m looking for a new server expert to manage my server.)
Our e commerce site is hosed with a external server.
It’s a e commerce site and many sub domains.
The spec of the server is as attached link;
The external new semi-dedicated server,( EUKHOST) which has full plesk and other remote access functions,

Please look at the specification to familiarise your self with the server, do not apply/bid until you have viewed the spec.
You should be 100% conversant using remote server admin facilities such as PLESK etc
You should have a history and feed back on this site for windows server management, server security and back up etc. Ideally with qualifications to match.
A help and pleasant personality with ethics is a must!

I require a EXPERT windows server :

Each monthly payment and project will be via this site only, i.e once project awarded, a contract will be agreed with duties, and same project contract will be posted and awarded to same party each month on this site for first year!
a)EXTERNAL SERVER and all it work required as maintenance and additions etc.
b) ensuring its working all the time with no down time, and ALERTS in place so u are instantly aware when the server is down or aspects of it not functioning properly
c) A response time of 1- 3hous maximum to ensure any issues are fixed, in short to completely minimise any down time.
d) total security of the server from any form of attacks, etc.
e) associated with this maintenance is also aspects of any programming which may need looking into and fixing/amending.
f) there is one main e commerce site : [url removed, login to view] and about 16 other subdomain sites.
G) complete database management on the server.
h) I ALSO WANT THE SERVER TO BE COMPLETELY RE LOOKED AT IN ITS CONFIGURATION, TO FIND BUGS WHICH ARE CAUSING SITE TO GO DOWN OR ASPECTS OF IT WORKING ON AND OFF ..
h) you would sign a full NDA and supply a copy of your passport and one current phone bill to show your current address: this is absolutely vital as you will have complete access to our website/server etc.

WHAT EVER IS IN SERVER NEEDS MANAGING PLUS IN FUTURE ADDING FEATURES FROM WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE HOST PACKAGE.
I’m looking for some one who understands ASP coding as there will be times when certain aspects of site not working or its admin panel where a mixture of programming and server configuration are associated.
WE HAVE RECENTLY MOVED OUR SERVER TO A UK BASED SERVER, BUT I AM NOT HAPPY IN THE WAY ITS BEEN MANAGED AND SET UP; I NEED A TOTAL EXPERT WITH FEED BACKS ON THIS SITE AND HISTORY OF SUCH WORK , WITH QUALIFICATIONS TO MATCH.
What im not looking for is some one who considers them selves an expert but wants to do it as a side job, and hence unable to offer support when required.
Im not looking for any one without feed backs/ history of such work.

Work will involve both on site security and set up to do with server as well as programming when there is a need as there is a relationship in the ASP programming and server set up at certain levels.
